2023The annual parking permit will expire on December 31. According to the parking management arrangement of the school, the annual parking permit will now be 2024Zhongguancun Campus motor vehicle parking permit procedures notice as follows:

1. Handling method and time

2023年11月20日起，Car owners who meet the type of direct renewal permit can handle it online through the wechat public number。

Second, audit requirements

1.Direct renewal of vehicle license typeClass B (employees or spouses own cars), Class C (retired staff or spouses own cars), Class D (children or spouses of employees living on campus own cars), Class E (children or spouses of retired employees living on campus own cars), Class T (children or spouses of employees living off campus own cars)。

2.The type of license that needs to be resubmitted and reviewedThere are Class G (their own cars for social personnel living on campus), Class X (vehicles for parents of affiliated primary schools and kindergartens to pick up students), and Class Z (their own cars for on-the-job day students).。

3.Submit all required verification documents for new vehicle license as required。

Iii. Procedures

2.Enter the license plate number and mobile phone number to log in, click renew;

3.Check the accuracy of personal information and relevant identification photos;

4.After confirmation, it will be submitted for review. After passing the review, it will be prompted by SMS;

5.Payment can be made after login;

Four, car license

V. Special instructions

1.Number of overnight stays:Class B and C car license, off-campus resident car license 100 yuan/year, 60 overnight stays on campus for the whole year，Parking on campus from 00:00 to 6:00 every day is regarded as one overnight stay. If the number of times exceeds, the vehicle license will be suspended.The first bus is 200 yuan/year, and there is no limit on the number of overnight stays。

2.Parking time in the teaching area: Class B (off-campus, on-campus), a total of 420 hours per month can be parked in the teaching area (about 14 hours/day), and zero at the end of the month。The remaining duration can passElectronic door screen,Telephone consultation and other ways to inquire。Other types of vehicles are prohibited from parking in the teaching area。

3.Beijing motor vehicle license plate will be notified separately。
