  According to the relevant requirements of the Guiding Opinions of the Ministry of Education and other six departments on the Identification of Students with financial difficulties from Families (Education Finance [2018] No. 16), combined with the actual situation of our school, the identification and evaluation of students with financial difficulties from families in this academic year are discussedundergraduateNational scholarship application, notice is as follows:

一、认定范围

1.Students from poor families are identified as objects：

（1）Full-time undergraduate students (including the second bachelor's degree) who are unable to meet their own and their family's economic ability to meet the basic expenses of study and living at school.full-timeGraduate student。

注：Students who have passed the financial hardship determination in previous years are not required to resubmit their applications。If the classification is modified, the application must be resubmitted。

2.Applicants for National Grant for Undergraduate students:

二、各单位Work program

1.Establish a two-level certification organization

3.Organize individual student applications

4.Organize democratic evaluation at the grassroots level
