In order to further cultivate young teachers and empower teaching and research, and help the growth of green pepper, on May 27, the School of Computer Science held the first "Listening to Teachers" green pepper Salon exchange meeting in 2024 in the 1421 Conference room of China Education。The school invited national leading talents, Professor Liu Bin of the School of Computer Science to make a special report for young teachers, and more than ten new young teachers of the school participated in the exchange meeting。The event was hosted by Zhao Hongyu, Vice president of the School of Computer Science。

Liu Bin conducted a report entitled "Scientific Research Miscellaneous: Papers, projects and teams", he said that in terms of paper output, young teachers should find valuable research directions, adhere to deep cultivation, and continue to produce quality and effective paper results。In terms of project application, young teachers should aim at the national strategic needs, do a good job in career development planning, and grow into outstanding young scholars in the field。In terms of team growth, young teachers should actively and quickly integrate into the team, identify the role positioning in the team, and do a good role model for students。

The young teachers exchanged and interacted with Liu Bin on issues such as student guidance and training and project declaration,They said that they received specific guidance and help through exchanges,I will follow the example of outstanding scholars,Continuously improve the level of personal teaching and scientific research ability,Actively integrate into the team,Contribute to the development of the college。

Zhao Hongyu said that the college attaches great importance to the training and growth of young talents, and takes multiple measures to build a communication platform for the growth of young teachers and help young teachers grow into talents。This activity is the first Green pepper Salon activity held by the College in 2024.
