Recently, Beijing Institute of Technology successfully approved two basic science center projects, ranking at the forefront of national universities in 2024。The Basic Science Center Project (Category B) of "Extreme Light Field Manufacturing Science and Engineering" chaired by Academician Jiang LAN and the Basic Science Center project (Category A) of "Energy Economy and Climate Policy Research" chaired by Professor Wei Yiming were funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China。
